Rules:

~Your site must have a GREAT layout
~You must have my button on at least one of your pages(you can put it up before I accept you or right after).
~You must update regularly(at least twice a month)
~I accept free sites as long as they are wonderful and have lots of content and a good layout.
~Upload my button to your own server. NO HOTLINKING PLEASE!
~NO swearing, hate or innapropriate content(ex: porn/hate sites)
~To show you read the rules type Draco in the anything else section along with whatever else you write (if you don’t do this i will not accept you)
~Please try to comment on my blogs as I will do for you. =)
~If you apply for Top Affiliation one of my buttons or a text link MUST be on every page of your site

For fan sites I usually only accept fan-sites for people/movies/things I am a fan of. At the beginning of each month I will go through all my affiliates to make sure they are following the rules, if not you will be removed with no notice, or I will put the names of all the sites removed in a news post. You can re-apply if you wish, as long as you meet the requirements.
