Terms of Service
By submitting an order form, you are agreeing to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.- I only accept PayPal for payment. Sign up here. (you will be sending payment to arika@mugglenet.com)
- I will not begin your order until I recieve at least half the payment. This is so I am not doing your order for nothing. You can however pay the full amount in advance if you wish. Please note that I ask for a dollar extra each transaction to cover Paypal's fee.
- After I am done I will send you a watermarked image. If you like it and there are no more changes you can pay the remaining amount and I will take off the watermark.
- If, for any reason, I cannot complete an order, a full refund will be given.
- I have the right to decline any order requesting me to provide my web design services for inappropriate, pornographic, racist, and hate sites.
- You (the customer) agree to place a link or button and credit back to my site for any of the work displayed on your website (on every page if it is a layout). You MAY NOT claim my work as your own or re-sell the designs.
- Do not change my work once you've have recieved it. You can always ask me to change something and I will do it for you. To prove you read the rules type "Draco loves Megan" somewhere in your form or email.
- I agree not to re-sell any design that has been purchased, but I will put the graphic in my portfolio with a watermark on it. Unless you allow me to put it up without a watermark so others can use it (this is more for backgrounds, blends, icons, etc. and not layouts).
- If your order is large (in cost or in time involved) and you decide you do not want the graphics, for any reason, I keep the half payment as compensation for all my work on the graphics. I don't like to waste my time, so please make sure you really want the graphic. I do my best to make you happy with the order.
- Please do not order unless you intend to pay. If you decide before payment that you don't want your design, just tell me that you have changed your mind, I don't bite, usually :P
Breaking these terms will result in a warning. If the problem is not corrected within one week of this warning, I reserve the right to blacklist you (report you to my affiliates).
